Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the p0443 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document. This agreement takes effect from the date you first use the platform, whether via web browser or mobile app.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and p0443. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original Malay version, the Malay version shall take precedence as the official reference.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To register an account with p0443, you must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal gambling age under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. p0443 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify this requirement.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and updated whenever changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. p0443 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. P0443 reserves the right to verify a user's identity through official documents such as a national ID or passport. This verification process is intended to protect your account security and ensure compliance with platform regulations relating to fraud prevention and anti-money laundering.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
P0443 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful and personal purposes. Any attempt to exploit, hack, copy, modify, or interfere with the platform's systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may be considered fraudulent, including the use of automation software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or on the platform. p0443 employs advanced detection systems to identify suspicious behaviour.
Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited. p0443 complies with anti-money laundering guidelines and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notification to the user.
Users may not transfer, sell, or give away their account to another party. Each account belongs exclusively to the registered account holder and may not be shared or used by any other individual for any reason.

Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the p0443 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name and not that of a third party. Using another person's bank account or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the user. p0443 does not bear or reimburse any external charges levied by banks or payment providers on users.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
P0443 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any terms in this document. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, money laundering, the creation of multiple accounts, or the use of unauthorised automation software.
Users whose accounts have been suspended may request a review by contacting the p0443 support team via email at [email protected]. Reviews will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe and the final outcome will be communicated to the user. During the investigation period, all transactions related to the account may be temporarily placed on hold.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance with the applicable withdrawal terms. Balances tied to bonuses or promotional credits with unmet rollover requirements may be forfeited.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, p0443 reserves the right to withhold any balance linked to fraudulent or rule-violating activity. Such decisions are final and p0443 is under no obligation to provide further explanation to the user in question.
